Description:
Modoc is best known for its multiple
creek and ditch crossings, and is easily one of the most technically
challenging trails in the CSRA. The very first creek crossing
is especially difficult. Between the technical bits
however, the trail is generally well groomed and pretty fast.
Several bridges throughout the trail, and some are very
slick when wet.

Modoc's first challenge,
only 1/4 mile from the parking lot. Very few can ride
UP that rock.

But some people can!
